Unfortunately not at this time. Our treatments are considered elective wellness services and are not covered by insurance. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and cash.

• In-Office: A $99 deposit is required (this is applied toward your treatment total).

• Concierge/Mobile: A $150–$250+ deposit is required (this covers the travel/service fee and is separate from treatment costs).

Your safety is our priority. Every infusion is administered by a licensed medical professional (Physician, NP, RN, or Paramedic) under the direction of Dr. Nuqui.

• More than 48 hours notice: 100% refund, minus a $25 administrative fee per person.

• 48 hours or less notice: No refunds. However, you may apply your $99 deposit as credit toward a future session or pay a $35 rescheduling fee.

• Once Service Begins: No refunds will be issued once a treatment or session has started.

Emergency Care Replenish 360 does not provide emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or a life-threatening situation, please call 911 immediately or visit the nearest urgent care or emergency department.
